    Arrive 15 minutes early to complete any paperwork. Bring your ID, medical aid card, referral letter (if applicable), and any relevant medical records or scan results.

    Dr. Siveregi will take a detailed medical history, perform a thorough examination if needed, and discuss your concerns. All consultations are private, respectful, and unhurried.

    After Your Visit

    You'll receive a detailed treatment plan, prescription if needed, and follow-up instructions. Our team will assist with medical aid claims and schedule any further appointments.

    Common Questions

    How long does it take to confirm my appointment?
    Our team reviews all appointment requests and confirms within 12 hours during business days. You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your appointment details. For urgent matters, please call the practice directly.
    Do I need a referral letter?
    A referral letter from your GP is recommended for medical aid claims but not always required. Some medical aids require a referral for specialist consultations — please check with your scheme. If you're paying privately, no referral is needed.
    What should I bring to my first appointment?
    Please bring:
    • ◆Your ID document or passport
    • ◆Medical aid card (if applicable)
    • ◆Referral letter from your GP
    • ◆Previous medical records, scan results, or test reports
    • ◆List of current medications (including supplements)
    What is your cancellation policy?
    We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur an administration fee. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
    Do you offer virtual consultations?
    Yes, we offer secure video consultations for follow-ups, medication reviews, and initial discussions where a physical examination isn't required. Virtual consults are ideal for patients who are unable to travel or prefer the convenience of home care. Select "Virtual Consult" when booking.
    What are the consultation fees?
    Consultation fees are billed at medical aid rates. We accept most major South African medical aids. For patients without medical aid or for services not covered, fees will be discussed upfront. Please contact the practice for specific fee information — we believe in transparent pricing with no surprises.
